So basic choice is this business question is how do you structure these things legally? Now the partnerships are relevant in other contexts, but we will mostly touch on this.So why would you as a business development executive be interested in a partnerships? Partnership law is a preferred form for certain strategic partnerships, the options are usually joint ventures or partnerships, but there are other vehicles, which are used. There are also common form and small services such as the practice of law for instance, or accountants, we feel that is probably less relevant for our attendees.
